WPC 80 whey protein concentrate (provides beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, immunoglobulins, glycomacropeptides (GMPs) and other peptides; as well as lactoperoxidases, lysozyme, and lactoferrin) (milk), maltodextrin, monohydrate dextrose, WPC 35 whey protein concentrate (milk), L-Glutamine (Ajinomoto®), cocoa powder, WPI 90 whey protein isolate (milk), Waxy Maize amilopectin (sulfites), Clonapure® (creatine monohydrate, phosphate, phosphocreatine) and sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use

Take 30 g (1 scoop) mixed in water (250 ml) once or twice a day, one of them after training.
