Ingredients

Whey protein concentrate, cocoa, flavors, emulsifier: soy lecithin; salt, stabilizer: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame - K; patented digestive enzyme DigeZyme® - multi-enzyme complex (amylase, lactase, cellulase, bacterial neutral protease, and lipase), lactase, LactoSpore™ (Bacillus coagulans, maltodextrin). Directions for use

Mix 35 g (1½ scoops) with 200-300 ml of cold water or skimmed milk. Use an electric or manual blender and shake for 30 seconds. Take 1-3 servings daily between meals, depending on daily protein needs.
