Directions for use:

Take by mixing a teaspoon of Psyllium in liquid substances: water, juice, soup, coffee, yogurt etc... shake until a uniform mixture is obtained and drink immediately.

It is recommended to stay hydrated, as psyllium is an absorbent fiber that extracts liquids from the intestine.
