Cariñena
Varieties: 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot and 30% Syrah.
Ageing: 14 months in American oak barrels.
To the eye it has an intense cherry red colour, well covered, with garnet rim and violet tones. The nose offers elegant and intense aromas of ripe fruit and spices, roasted on a balsamic background.
The palate is structured, tasty and powerful, with fine tannins, soft and balanced. Broad on the palate, with an elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Red meats, stews and roasts.
Serving Temperature: 16º to 18 ºC
