The 2020 Tissot Amphore Sans Soufre is a natural red wine produced by Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot in the Jura region of France.
This wine is a tribute to Stéphane's father, André ("Dédé"), who started the production of this cuvée. It is composed of a blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard, emblematic varieties of the area. Made without the addition of sulfites, it seeks to offer an easy and pleasant drinking experience.
Appearance: It has a bright red color with ruby reflections, showing a middle layer that denotes its youth and vitality.
Nose: Vibrant aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, intertwine with subtle spicy notes and a mineral touch that provides depth.
Palate: On the palate it is light and refreshing, with a lively acidity that enhances the fruit flavors. The tannins are soft, offering a silky texture. A slight tingle, a result of residual CO₂, adds a sensation of freshness and vivacity. The finish is clean and persistent, inviting another sip.
