Gaba Do Xil is a white wine of the D.O. Valdeorras elaborated BY the Compañía de vinos Telmo Rodríguez. The vines of which Gaba do Xil Godello is born are about 550 meters. Soils are not fertile. The production is therefore scarce, but of great quality.
The harvest is done manually and in the same vineyard a first selection process is carried out.
Gaba Do Xil is a straw-yellow colour. Floral and fruity aromas with a mineral background.
In the mouth it is fresh, very fruity and tasty. Balsamic background.
