Touran is a red wine crafted from Garnacha by Bodegas Morca in the D.O. Campo de Borja. This wine comes from the estate's oldest vineyards, where grapes are planted in small, low-yield parcels and hand-harvested. Fermentation occurs in small vats at controlled temperatures between 22º-26ºC, ensuring the preservation of aromas and flavors during the process. After fermentation, the wine ages for 22 months in French oak barrels, imparting richness in flavors and aromas. According to the tasting notes, Touran shows aromas of intense black fruit, blueberries, vanilla candies, toasted oak, baking spices, and licorice. On the palate, it offers rich flavors of black plum, blackberry, licorice, black pepper, graphite, and cinnamon, with these characteristics lingering in the finish.
