Abadal Mandó
Dry red wine made with the Mandó variety, a native grape from the Bages region in Catalonia.
The wine is made from grapes from old vineyards that are grown in slate soils.
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
The aroma is complex, with notes of red fruits, marked acidity, herbaceous and mineral.
The taste is fresh and fruity, with a long and persistent finish.
