The Presa Ibérica de Bellota Slices has an unctuous texture and a bright reddish color with burgundy tones and pearly white veins.

Its flavor is intense, juicy and balanced between the exquisite selection of meat with the aromas of Pimentón de la Vera and salt.

This Presa Ibérica de Bellota naturally contains oleic acid, from the acorns that these specimens are fed with.

It comes from Iberian pigs raised and fed exclusively on acorns and natural herbs from the Dehesa Extremeña.

It is the most marbled part due to its intramuscular fat, it is located in the best part of the loin, between the shoulder and the head of the loin, and it is very juicy, tender and tasty.

These pigs boast of being raised in free grazing regime in the large extensions of land of the Dehesa Extremeña, and are fed with acorns from the montanera season.

The Dehesa Extremeña produces a large quantity of quality acorns which allows the pigs to move freely and feed in an exceptional way in a climate ideal for their development.
