The process to make Acústic Tinto wine begins when the grapes undergo a fermentation process that lasts for about two weeks.
Once this phase is completed, the wine is transferred to barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place, a process that adds depth to its qualities.
The wine is then carefully stored in barrels for its aging process.
An important aspect is that we choose not to clarify or filter, thus preserving its identity and unique character.
For ten months, the wine rests in French oak barrels that have been used once or twice, with a subtle and elegant toasting.
