Agrapart's Complanté cuvée is a unique champagne. It is the fruit of a vineyard plot located in Avize, where Pascal Agrapart has planted 6 different grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Chardonnay.
This champagne is aged in oak barrels, unfiltered, and underwent malolactic fermentation to round off its aromas.
Agrapart Complantée Grand Cru Extra Brut Tasting Notes
The Complantée Agrapart cuvée has a luminous colour and fine bubbles.
The nose is a champagne that offers notes of white fruits (pear, apple, peach) and a touch of citrus. On the second nose, iodine and menthol nuances and a spicy touch appear.
On the palate it is a pure, very straight champagne, which then widens on the palate, with incredible density and depth. The finish lasts for a few very long seconds.
