Tasting notes
Intense cherry red color of high layer with purplish flashes. The nose shows a high varietal expression, highlighting aromas of red berries and spicy notes, very well linked with hints of vanilla and leather from its time in American oak barrels. Structured and with character, but glyceric at the same time, with a long aftertaste.
Recommended accompaniment: ideal with game dishes, red meat, roasts, stews etc.
Serve at 15-16ºC.
