Production and aging
Martín Códax is a wine with the Rias Baixas Designation of Origin, made 100% from Albariño grapes from our own vineyards. This Albariño, with great personality, is made with an aromatic grape that has a high sugar level and a high level of acidity, which gives it freshness in the glass.
