Alta Alella Mirgin Gran Reserva is a cava made from Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo), Macabeu and Parellada by Alta Alella.
The grapes are harvested by hand from organic grapes in small boxes, seeking the optimum ripening point for each of the varieties in order to obtain a base wine with freshness capable of ageing nobly. Strictly white production. After a light pressing to extract the free-run juice, it is fermented separately for each of the varieties. Following the traditional production method and with a minimum ageing period of 30 months, it is sold with the date of disgorgement on the label.
Sight - Fine bubbles and pale yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Nose - Aromas of white fruit with delicate notes of citrus and green almonds.
Palate - Light and fresh on the palate, clear reminder of the aromas of white fruit. Fruit of ageing on lees, we perceive notes of pastry, a well-integrated bubble and a delicate aftertaste.
