Amfora is a dry white wine made with Muscat of Alexandria by Les Freses de jesús Pobre in the Alicante D.O.P.

100% Muscat of Alexandria grown in two plots: Les Freses (red clay soil) and L'Alquería del Colomer (limestone), both at sea level.

Fermentation with its own yeasts at the foot of the vat and ageing for 7 months on its own lines of 350L clay amphorae, without cold and with the same intervention.

Amfora Tasting Notes

Gold, clean and bright with straw-coloured hues. The nose is intense and distinguished, with floral aromas of jasmine and vegetal notes of camomile and fennel. In the mouth it is complex, dry and saline, we can distinguish its micro-oxygenation and its yeasts, in retronasal reminiscent of fresh butter.
