All the production of the anchovies from Casa Santoña is carried out using completely traditional and artisanal methods, dedicating the necessary time to each fillet to reduce the salt concentration and remove all the bones, ultimately achieving the best flavors from the catch. The finished anchovies are packed in neutral oil (sunflower) for preservation, and if desired, can be served with a few drops of suitable olive oil.
Anchovies are rich in Omega-3, which helps decrease levels of cholesterol and plasma triglycerides, increases blood flow preventing clots and thrombi.
Rich in vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, and B12, all of which have important functions.
Liposoluble vitamins such as A and D, contributing to tissue and skin regeneration, promoting resistance to infections, and necessary for the development of the nervous system and night vision.
Vitamin D helps maintain blood calcium levels and promotes its absorption and fixation. Minerals, magnesium, and iodine.
