A special edition that we reserve only for spring, when the coast gives us its best catch: fresh, firm, clean-tasting and fleshy-textured anchovies. We select only the best, the largest fillets, and cure them carefully for months until they reach the perfect point.
12/14 large fillets, hand-rubbed.
Slow and natural curing.
Elegant flavor, but with character.
This jar is not to be opened without thought. It's for inviting someone who deserves it. Or not inviting anyone and treating yourself, because you deserve it too.

extra virgin olive oil (50%), sunflower oil (50%) and salt.
