"Tussio" is a white wine from the D.O. Costa de Cantabria, created by Bodega Miradorio. It uses two varieties well-suited to the Cantabrian climate: Albariño and Hondarrabi Zuri. This young wine, from the 2024 vintage, is characterized by its freshness and intense fruity aromas with hints of citrus and apple, along with subtle floral notes. Its balance and pleasant acidity make it a perfect choice to pair with seafood, fish rice dishes, and appetizers. With 13% alcohol, it is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC. The vineyard spans approximately 7 hectares, where the marine influence and Atlantic climate favor a slow ripening of the grapes, maintaining their purity and freshness.
