Eels with garlic are a typical Christmas dish, although its consumption is common throughout the year in family meals or with friends. This dish has traditionally been prepared with fresh elvers, but due to the high price that this fish has reached in recent years, a substitute called "surimi" was developed. This is obtained from the mixture of different fish which is given the flavor, shape and color of elvers
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, glass eel surimi (white fish, water, modified corn starch, sunflower oil modified corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, egg albumin, stabilizers (sodium alginate, Carrageenans, locust bean gum), flavor 26CAG1, sugar, squid ink, preservative (E-202), white pepper), garlic powder, cayenne pepper. Made in Spain
How to use: Pour the contents into a soup tureen and heat in the microwave or over low heat, can be used as an accompaniment to other dishes. Heat sterilized product. Once opened, consume immediately. Otherwise, keep in the refrigerator for no more than two days
