Vol d'Ànima, formerly known as Ànima de Raimat , is the culmination of our first 100 years of history. The tiles that wear its label are the same ones that have been on the walls of Raimat Castle since 1935, after the reform carried out by the architect Rafael Masó. This white wine represents a new style in the house in order to adapt to new trends, with sustainable viticulture of the varietals that best express the terroir of the winery: Chardonnay and Xarel-lo.
FOOD MATCHING:Vol d'Ànima by Raimat Blanco is a wine that can be paired with a wide range of foods, such as tapas (baby squid, squid, bravas, salpicón, Russian salad, etc.), creamy pasta and rice dishes, white fish and seafood. It is also ideal with poultry.
SIGHT: Pale yellow with greenish reflections that denote its youth and freshness.
NOSE: Very complex, notes of yellow fruit such as peach and nectarine, and white, pear and melon, mixed with more citrus and tropical notes that add freshness. These aromas are interwoven with touches of white flowers and aromatic Mediterranean herbs.
MOUTH: A fresh, young wine that is also structured and creamy. In the mouth, the yellow fruit notes we found in the nose stand out, with a fresh and citric finish, of lemon-lime, which lasts for a long time.
