Artichokes represent the excellence of gastronomic tradition. The production of this typical product from Apulia begins in September, when the artichoke cultivation starts in family farms, and continues with careful irrigation and monitoring until the precious "artichoke" blooms in spring. Very short supply chain: exclusively hand-processed from a "raw" product and packaged only 8 hours after harvest, to savor the unmistakable flavor of fresh artichoke hearts.
Seasoned according to the ancient recipe of Apulia.
Artichokes, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, wine vinegar, parsley, basil.
Ideal as an appetizer or as a condiment for salads, pizzas, bruschetta, first or second courses with meat or fish. Store at room temperature and away from heat sources. Once opened, refrigerate and consume preferably within 10 days.
