The secret of these Polvorones de Jijona is the amount of almonds they contain: about 50%. Because of this, they melt because of their softness. Besides, their crunchy pieces of chocolate give them a special touch. You will notice the difference with the typical polvorones sold in supermarkets, as these usually have a lot of flour.
