D.O Queso Manchego. Quesería Ojos del Guadiana, Daimiel, Castile La Mancha, Spain.

Made with 100% Manchega sheep's raw milk, its rind is bathed in extra virgin olive oil and cured for more than 3 months.
An artisan cheese with an ivory-coloured, firm, and compact paste. A slightly flaky texture is a sign of its outstanding curing process.

Fresh Manchega Sheep's milk, rennet, egg-derived lysozyme, salt and preservatives E-252.

STORAGE & CARE

How to consume our product?

Open the package and keep it at room temperature for at least 30 min before consumption, so that all its properties can be appreciated.

Once opened, moulds may appear on its coat which is a sign of its natural curing and lack of preservatives or emulsifiers. All product can be eaten, even its coating.

How to store our product?

Keep refrigerated, this wedge is vacuum packed and will have a shelf life of 1 year.

This expire date is set to comply with the current regulations but cheese is a living product so in reality it doesn't expire but evolves into mature cheese.
