Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro is located in Quintanilla de Onésimo, founded in the early 90s by the ARZUAGA-NAVARRO family, with an entrepreneurial spirit, sensitivity to aesthetics, and a drive for perfection. They are an example of dedication and passion for the land and wine.
Arzuaga Reserva 2018 is born in clay-limestone soils with the limestone mother rock less than a meter deep and about 900m above sea level of the estates, contributing to the uniqueness of its vineyards.
It starts with the separation of the clusters in the vineyard, hand-selected at their best ripeness in boxes of no more than 15 kg. so that the grape does not suffer. They continue on the sorting tables, then a part will be completely destemmed and the rest introduced into wood residues, kept cold for days for alcoholic fermentation at around 29ºC.
With an aging of 26 months in French and American oak barrels.
Arzuaga Reserva 2016 is an ideal wine for special occasions and to pair with cured cheeses, red meats, stews, and casseroles.
It is recommended to consume this red wine at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
