Boletus cream: 66% Boletus edulis, extra virgin olive oil Picual variety, salt, acidulant: citric acid, boletus flour and corn starch.

Black garlic cream: 80% black garlic, water and acidulant (citric acid).

Spicy Palmero Mojo: Sunflower oil, 28% pepper, alcohol vinegar, water, garlic, paprika, 1.58% cayenne, salt, spices, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidulant (citric acid).
