One of the jewels of traditional Asturian gastronomy and one of the most popular dishes in Spanish gastronomy. Made exclusively with Asturian Faba beans from La Granja with Protected Geographical Indication, and respecting in any case the tradition that precedes it. Heat the can in a bain-marie slightly until it reaches the temperature for ingestion, or at least for pouring into another container, avoiding using cutlery to maintain the integrity of the faba bean.
