The Azabache Crianza Vendimia Seleccionada red wine from Bodega Fincas de Azabache presents this wineD.O. Rioja created from the grape varieties 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 10% Mazuelo.
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and the first half of October, when the grapes have reached optimum phenolic ripeness. For the elaboration of this wine, a selection of grapes is made, coming from the plots with the best quality. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25-28oC. Automatic control of pumping over for the extraction of aromatic and color compounds.
