Bagasse is the spent grain, obtained as a byproduct in beer production. In Valles del Lúpulo, we usually give it to farms in the area for use in animal feed. As a result of our collaboration with the Hospitality and Bakery department of the Astúrica Augusta Secondary Education Institute, we have obtained this recipe for special bagasse cookies.
