Bassus Finca Herrera is a red wine appellation of Origin Utiel Requena elaborated by a coupage of the grape varieties Bobal, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and SYRAH in Bodegas Hispano Suizas.
Fermented in American and Central European oak barrels new 400 liters and aged for 11 months. Another of the great works of these three friends who share their passion for the elaboration of good wine.
Aged separately for 11 months in American oak barrels of 400 liters and French Allier oak barrels.
Bassus Finca Herrera Square is intense cherry red in a medium-high layer.
Aroma of great complexity combining the fruit with the wood, highlighting the red fruits wrapped in balsamic aromas, vanilla, lactic and a fine toasted wood finish.
Unctuous in the mouth, broad and ripe noting the red fruits with a roasted and very long end of mouth.
