Cultivated at an altitude of 680 meters and with a dry climate tempered by the influence of the sea and limestone soils Bilogia grapes give this wine a freshness, roundness and pleasure that invites to drink it again.

After harvesting begins a maceration of 20 days for the Monastrell, and 18 days for the Syrah. It is then pressed and placed in second year Hungarian oak barrels of medium toast and American oak of 2 years for 12 months, working with continuous battonage
