Olfactory Phase: Elegant nose of medium intensity of cherry, strawberry and herbaceous notes combined with a chalky minerality and light toasty aromas.
Taste Phase: Medium body, dry palate and medium alcohol. High and crunchy acidity that gives a long and refreshing finish with an elegant texture coming from silky tannins.
