Cingles Blaus is a small winery that has been producing wines since 2001. It is a project of Magí Baiget, who decided to create his own wine using grapes that were previously sourced from the Cornudella de Montsant cooperative. He initially started making wines in a small winery in Cornudella de Montsant using traditional methods, and since 2006, he has been operating from Mas de las Moreres, located at the foot of Montsant. This exceptional estate includes a farmhouse dating back to the 15th century. The vineyards are owned by the winery and are located in two different plots: "Mas de las Moreres," which consists of slate soils next to the Arbolí River, and another plot near Cornudella de Montsant, at an altitude of about 570 meters above sea level, with stony and clayey soils. They practice traditional and environmentally friendly agriculture, and due to the terrain's topography, most of the winemaking processes are done manually. The wine has an intense and bright color. On the nose, it has fruity aromas of raspberries, strawberries, hints of licorice, and floral notes. On the palate, it is fruity and full-bodied, with round and soft tannins and a tasty and long finish.
