The Berola wine is a great red wine of Garnachas native to the Campo de Borja, rounded with a small percentage of Syrah that complements it providing a great silkiness and complexity.
The vines are planted in vineyards of Monte at about 700 m of altitude, with an age of between 35 and 60 years for the Garnacha and of 10 years the Syrah. The fermentation is carried out separately in stainless steel tanks. It carries out its ageing in French and American oak barrels for 14 months.
We recommend decanting it an hour before enjoying it.
Borsao Berola is a beautiful and intense cherry colour very dark with violet reflections. Clean and shiny. Medium-High layer. Elegant Teardrop dyed.
Intense, complex, concentrated, well-defined nose. Red and black fruits, ripe, at times Licorosas are mixed with pleasant toasts. As it is oxygenated, it appears interspersed with intense roasted and smoked, coffee, licorice and cocoa. Background, pleasant minerals with intense balsamic notes.
After a wide and pleasant entrance, it makes a tasty, warm and dense tour of velvety texture. High fruit load. Soft and ripe tannins and excellent acidity that gives it a great freshness, all very well harmonized. Long finish with a great persistence with intense fruity sensations. A very tasty red wine. To enjoy.
