Borsao Tinto Selección is a young red wine from the Campo De Borja D.O. produced by Borsao winery.
It is a blend of Garnacha tinta (85%), Tempranillo (10%), and Syrah (5%). Robert Parker noted in The Wine Advocate that Borsao Selección is possibly the wine with the best quality/price ratio in the world.
Borsao Tinto Selección is a blend of 85% Garnacha, 5% Syrah, 10% Tempranillo varieties. Cold maceration for 3-4 days and a total of 10-12 days. Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22 to 24ºC.
Clarification with egg albumin and static cold stabilization.
Borsao Tinto Selección is ideal to accompany all types of meats and roasts.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 16ºC.
