Borsao Tinto Selección is a blend of 85% Garnacha, 5% Syrah, 10% Tempranillo. Cold maceration for 3-4 days and a total of 10-12 days. Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 22 to 24ºC.
Clarification with egg albumin and static cold stabilization.
Borsao Tinto Selección is ideal to accompany all types of meats and roasts.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 16ºC.
