Brandy obtained from low-grade holandas (65º), after special distillation in selected, healthy and balanced wine stills. Its production and aging process is characterized by a special and careful blending of the different holandas that make up its composition, and by the use of American oak casks previously seasoned with Amontillado and Oloroso wines from Jerez, following the traditional dynamic aging system of Criaderas and Soleras.
