Ca del Bosco Cuvée Prestige is the essence of Franciacorta, Ca ' del Bosco style. A jewel created in 2007 from an experience of thirty years. Only the best Chardonnays (75%), Pinot Noir (15%) and Pinot Blanc (10%), grapes of 134 vineyards, wine separately and skillfully mixed with the reserves of the best vintages (at least 20%) They enter into the magical rite of creation a Cuvée. It will take twenty-eight months of refinement in yeasts before this wine is ready to express all its richness and identity. A classic, well-balanced Franciacorta, nice and fresh.
