Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most popular red grapes on the planet. This red wine with barrel aging and excellent aging potential, was made from a careful selection of old vines. Production is limited to 2,400 numbered bottles
Medium intensity to ruby red. Clear notes of jam, red currant, raspberry, aromas of aging, smoke, cedar wood, chocolate and coffee. The palate is structured, evolved and intense, with ripe fruit, medium tannin, spices, vanilla, clove, smoke, lactic notes, with a medium finish and marked varietal character.
Our Crianza Cabernet Sauvignon is an ideal wine to pair with roasted and grilled red meat, game and duck. Perfect with Iberian sausages or strong and cured cheeses. It goes well with grilled or griddled vegetables, such as artichokes, asparagus or mushrooms, among others.
