Made in Spain Gourmet Pairing
This vinegar is made with high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in the vineyards of the Penedés region in Spain. Its flavor is bittersweet, with fruity grape notes and a balanced touch of acidity. It is an intense and complex vinegar, perfect for adding flavor to your dishes.
It is made through the traditional process of natural fermentation of Cabernet Sauvignon grape wines, followed by careful maturation in French oak barrels for several months. This gives the vinegar its intense and complex flavor, as well as its characteristic aroma.

Alemany: we are who we are thanks to honey
Honey is their differential trait, the common ingredient that makes their products unique. Tradition in nougats and innovation in honey shape the Alemany Universe, a concept inspired by their way of understanding the world. A world founded by a woman, Grandma Mundeta, and predominantly occupied by women. A world in which people come before machines. And a world where rhythms and cooking times are respected, and cooperation is valued over competitiveness. The Alemany Universe revolves around their values, values that have been passed down from generation to generation since the late 19th century to the present day.
Their passion for honey has led them to promote various actions to pollinate public opinion with the idea of honey as a natural sweetness. That's why Ferran Alemany, the company's manager, advocates the need for a sweeter world and firmly defends that, if honey was humanity's first sweet - it already appears in cave paintings - there is no doubt that "we are who we are thanks to honey."
