Ripe grapes under a benevolent climate
Camins del Priorat is a complete coupage of the varieties Cariñena, Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
The ripe grape under a benign Mediterranean type climate, with more than 3,000 hours of annual sunshine and a rainfall of less than 380 mm per year. In addition the vineyards are close to the sea, which gives them the freshness of the Garbinada in summer.
As for the elaboration of Camins del Priorat, the must made a temperature-controlled fermentation in cement tubs, stainless steel tanks and wood. Later the malolactic fermentation was also carried out in tubs.
Lastly, prior to its commercialization, this young Priorat wine was bred in new French oak casks and wooden tubs for 8 months.
