This Camins del Priorat 2021, made with garnacha, cabernet sauvignon, samsó, syrah and merlot and aged for 4 months in oak barrels, seems to us a young wine, with great fruit intensity, sweet and friendly. Perhaps a great opportunity to get started in this great D.O.
It is the Winery of one of our great winemakers, Álvaro Palacios, in the Priorat, which is already a guarantee of quality and craftsmanship.
Camins del Priorat 2021 is produced by Alvaro Palacios winery. The must fermented at controlled temperature in cement tanks, stainless steel tanks, and wood, and underwent malolactic fermentation in tanks.
Aged for 4 months in new French oak barrels and wooden tanks.
Camins del Priorat is ideal for white meats (duck, pork, turkey...) in sauces, vegetables, meatloaf, and stewed mushrooms.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 15 and 16ºC.
