TASTE OF AMERICA: Pink berries, black pepper, allspice, and mace. As a usage suggestion, it is ideal for accompanying grilled meats and carpaccios; for the preparation of pickles and green salads; and with fruit salads and red fruits, and with chocolate cakes and mousse, among others.
TASTE OF ASIA: Cinnamon, cardamom, and Szechuan pepper. As usage tips, it is perfect with ceviches, tartares, sashimis, and octopus; to accompany rice and pasta; for making meat stews, roast meat, and barbecues; and with goat cheese, brie, and other soft cheeses.
