This format called "octavillo" is the smallest tin in Yurrita's assortment. They are anchovies caught during the Spring Costera, these anchovies are purchased directly from the Brotherhoods of Ondarroa, Getaria and Hondarribia. The anchovy is matured in brine for 12 months for further processing. Ideal format for a portion to share and for snacking between meals.
