The Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses is a red wine produced by Bodegas Rodero, located in Pedrosa de Duero, in the province of Burgos, within the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin. This wine is exclusively made with Tempranillo grapes (also known as Tinta del País), coming from the winery's own vineyards.
Production and Aging Process:
The production of Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses follows traditional methods, starting with the fermentation of destemmed and partially crushed grapes. Subsequently, the wine undergoes maceration with temperature control to extract the desired aromas and flavors. The aging process takes place for 9 months in French oak barrels, which contributes complexity and structure to the wine.
