Casar de Vide is a white wine from the Ribeiro D.O., produced by the homonymous winery belonging to the Matarromera group. This wine is a blend of native varieties, with a predominance of Treixadura complemented by Albariño, Godello, and Torrontés, which reflects the typicality of the excellent white wines from Ribeiro. It is ideal for accompanying appetizers, salads, smoked pasta, fish, and seafood.
