A unique product in the world, created in collaboration with chef Ángel León, with a high-intensity aroma and explosive sea flavor, combined - surprisingly - with the green and fruity notes of fresh olive juice. This new oil, 100% natural and vegan -as plankton is of plant origin and not animal-, offers us a different and unlimited world of gastronomic and culinary possibilities.

The marine microalgae that make up this phytoplankton are cultivated in the "marine garden" of the company Plancton Marino, which recreates the natural conditions found in the Doñana National Park, specifically in the Veta La Palma Estate.
