It is a sparkling wine made from organic grapes and hand-harvested with the selection of the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, aged for 20 months. It has a waxy, clean, and bright yellow color with metallic flashes, forming a very showy column of fine bubble rosaries; on the nose, there are white fruits, herbaceous notes, light citrus, subtle hints of aging on fine lees, fresh pastries, buttery reflections, mineral and saline touches; on the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with fruity memories, balanced acidity, very elegant, and a long-lasting flavor.
