Our beers have <3% alcohol v / v but retain all the body, flavor and aromas of a beer with a higher alcohol content.
They are made following artisanal elaboration processes. Alcohol is not removed by any technological method, the process is simply controlled so that it is not generated above the desired threshold, so its entire body, flavor and aroma are preserved.
The manufacturing process is simply controlled so that fermentation produces low levels of alcohol. In this way, responsible consumption and moderation in alcohol intake are encouraged.
No quality is sacrificed, but rather a beer is made betting on quality assurance during the process, which allows obtaining excellent beers.
