Parajes is the regional wine of César Márquez in Bierzo. It is made from 18 plots that total 4 hectares of land and are located in 7 different municipalities in the region. Each grape variety is vinified separately, reaching a total of 28 different vinifications in which Mencía is joined with other white and red minority varieties that grow on the same vine. After its predecessor vintage, considered the best of the last 20 years in El Bierzo, César has once again achieved a very fluid, easy to drink, elegant wine with subtle floral notes. A red that will make anyone fall in love thanks to its stupendous value for money.
