HARVEST
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to respect the typicity of the grape aromas. A gentle maceration of the grape skins is carried out with 10% whole grapes, suitable for the type of wine desired to achieve an aromatic nose and a fresh and elegant palate. After fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in a conical oak tank.
